Journal entry 04

-Entry for English Class - February 2012 - week 3
 Okay, a new week means a new entry, I decided to post this entry a little earlier than usual because...well, I'll probably forget to do it by tomorrow...so yeah...well, nothing much has happened this week either, I'm starting to see the rut I'm making with my not-so-interesting life.
 I have encountered another obstacle in my quest to finish my five-chaptered short story, I am once again, devoid of any ideas on how to continue the second chapter of the story. All my wonderful ideas, out the window, I am left with little to none as to how I'm going to continue the course of event in the story! The unmarked piece of paper, staring mockingly at me as I twitch my hand that is holding my pencil, frustrated at the lack of progress I'm making. The first chapter came so easily, the ideas flowing like a rushing river, I could see the events unfolding behind my eyes as I struggled to pen down all the ideas on a piece of paper. Now, all I see is the emptiness of the paper, begging to be filled with tales of Adventure! Fantasy! And perhaps a little bit of romance? But no, the paper is now like a wanderer in the desert, parched for water as the sun continues to beat down unforgivingly, thirsty for ideas, trying to find even the smallest trickle of imagination in a dry riverbed.

Well, that was a little angsty wasn't it...well, perhaps I need to look harder for that little jolt of inspiration to make my imagination start spewing ideas again... Again, not much for this week either, but it's better than nothing after all...Happy Weekend everyone!!!
